I'm no expert on how the weather is in Plymouth but standing on a dock in mildly cold weather will get a good laugh and a slight hint of frustration for the diplomat. In addition, the marina as of the 12th recently will be reopening their dining areas and non-essential shops as part of The Yacht Harbour Association's guide to getting out of lockdown, meaning that the diplomat can enjoy the fine dining experience Plymouth has to offer while he waits for Mr. John to arrive.

... And meet the Director of the Board of Central Bank who is my school mate. He always listens to all my advice without hesitation. Consider everything positively concluded. I am looking beyond the payment to be in your account by end of this weekend,... Ohh, yeah! Sure! We have no doubts here!

Mr. John has just received this long email from his friend Sir Godwin, where Sir Godwin is telling Mr. John that it will not be possible to pay the fees in London. Oh, oh... I believe we have a problem here. Sir Godwin needs to work harder on the diplomatic level to find someone that can represent The Central Bank of Nigeria in UK. Notice otherwise how hesitating Sir Godwin is to release the stranded package in Benin to Barrister Kof and also how afraid he is that Barrister Kof will intervene and disturb the transaction that Sir Godwin and Mr. John are working on. Sir Godwin absolutely hates the short mocking emails that Barrister Kof from time to time is sending him. For sure his hatred towards Barrister Kof will not be less when Barrister Kof later on will steal the £15,000 (or more) that was meant for Sir Godwin. Barrister Kof will afterwards send Sir Godwin a nice “thank you” email and will at the same time give evidence for that he has access to all emails in Sir Godwin’s email box Barrister Kof has several times been warning Sir Godwin that he is following him very closely 08:53:Dear Mr John
How are today. I believe that you are much better getting on your feets.
Thanks very much for your email and follow up telephone conversation yesterday. There are no two ways we are going to conclude this transaction this week by the grace of God.
Note, Regarding the handing over the payment in London today. That window is closed because the person the Diplomat is sending to meet you came to London for an official seminar. It is a pity the seminar closed later yesterday, And he has gone back to his base for an official assignment
The option left now is either you meet the Diplomat in France or Belgium this weekend
Looking at your health issues and your age my brother. If it is possible to go to France which is closer to London that will be better and an extra fee of 500 pounds will be added to the official fees of 15 000 pounds. While going to Belgium will attract an extra charge of 1000 pounds to the official of 15.000 pounds.
The Diplomat Mr Ju............ Pe.......... Lu........ has assured me with Guarantee that after you sign off the cash delivery either in France or Belgium depending where you choose to meet him. He will officially go back to the UK with you to deposit your cash in your Barclays bank along you, with his immunity. Which is the perfect arrangement to comply with.
i am here 100% committed to make sure I guide you accordingly and see this positively concluded. The parcel is bring problem with myself and the Board,
But let me ask you a very sensitive question. Are you still telling Barrister Kof all we are doing right now???//
I know he is still writing to you and advising you on what to do??//
If we give out the parcel to Barrister Kof today will be his next action??? He will use it as an opportunity to contact me regarding this payment issue.
Well i use my position and office to let the parcel go to whoever you wish and decided to take it up. But remember you said you are going to write a bonded agreement with me that not after Kofi collects the parcel you will use me and dump me in this transaction initiated and bring it to a positive conclusion without any hiccups or problem from any Financial Authorities.
Knowing fully well that you have never dropped any mcent to Federal Government of Nigeria as an official fees/charges, The money in the parcel was Government Money there is nothing we can do right now rather to let it go so that Barrister Kof will keep his mouth shut till we close this transaction
Please My Friend take a decision on how to met Ju........ Pe......... Lu.......... to close this payment this week, Very important, While i wait for your email and follow up telephone call
Regards
Mr Godwin Emefiele

- It seems that the "Diplomat" scammer is not happy with the arrangements made by Sir Godwin. At this time I believe that a trip to London is excluded. I assume that you have not yet received a copy of the diplomat's passport, which seems inadmissible and unprofessional to me. - If the diplomat sends his ID as well as proof that he is in Brussels, then John will confirm the meeting there over the weekend. Of course, the barrister Kofi also has an accomplice in Brussels and he will meet with John and take the money. Don't forget the "safety details of the meeting" (yellow / red jacket).

Mr. John has just sent Sir Godwin this email where in short Mr. John is informing Sir Godwin that he cannot travel to Paris or Brussel to make the payment due to his health issues.
13:20:
My dearfriend Mr. Godwin,
Thank you very much for your email. As always, you are fast to reply. How are youmy friend? I hope you are doing very well.
Mr. GodwinI want to assure you that I have stopped all communication with Barrister Kof. Last time I spoke with him was about 3 months ago and I do not pick up the phone when he tries to call me. I have truly learned my lesson the hard and painful way.
It is correct that I wrote to him to ask for his legal help when the Nigerian State and others wanted to bring me to court, but I consider all this to be behind us and not relevant anymore. I shall admit that he has written to me 2 or 3 times over the last week and asked about the stranded package in Benin. I have then written back to him and told him that I am expecting a solution very soon.
My dear friend, I believe that the sooner you write to the shipping company and accept Barrister Kof as the new receiver, the sooner we can get rid of him. You would therefore do me at great favour if you could write to TSC about this already today.
When I waseating breakfast with my daughter this morning I told her that I amconsidering traveling to Paris tomorrow or later this week. Her reply was shortand firm: “No dad, you are not going anywhere as your health is now”. I explained to her that this was a very relaxed trip, but she was not willing to listen to me and give in.
I know I am a grown up man who is making decisions on his own. On the other hand, I want to respect my daughter’s advice and not do contrary to what she is saying. She knows much better than I do what is good for my health and what is not. I therefore regretfully have to tell you my friend that I will not be able to travel to Paris or Brussel to make the payment.
My dear friend Godwin, with all the international contacts that you have, do you not see any way that I can make the payment in London? It does not have to be tomorrow; another day later in the week could also be good for me.
Best regards,
Mr. John

Sir Godwin to Mr. John:
20:52:
Dear Mr John Thanks so much your reply to emails of yesterday night after our telephone discussions for way forward. I have officially instruct to give Barrister Kof the parcel according to the directives of the Board With due respect tell Sister Maya to write to TSC. to give Barrister Kof the parcel.
Back to our transaction. The cash delivery payment is that you have to meet the Diplomat in Belgium earlier scheduled before he bring an alternative to send somebody to meet you for the payment in London.
Now the officer he want to use has gone back to his base for an official duty. The diplomat is not ready to come to London or UK because of Irrevocable Presidential payment procedures to deliver all approved cash payment in Belgium.
After my understanding with him as a reliable and trusted Diplomat. That was why i asked him if can meet you in FRANCE OR BELGIUM.
Mr John my Friend, You personally know what we are in for. Know what is involved is. Your daughter will not control most of your affairs
The Diplomat Mr Ju.......... Pe......... Lu........ is following the Irrevocable Presidential payment procedures to release all cash delivery payment in Belgium.
But due to your Health issues. I told if he can see you in France very close to you than Belgium
All this we are dragging will close by this weekend. whereby we are not able to meet him and receive the cash payment. All our efforts will be in Vain
I expected you call today. But you never care to call me for much up payment up dates
But is will be suicide if you will use me and drop me Mr Godwin Emefiele

Mr. John is not happy for the email he received from Sir Godwin earlier this evening. Therefore Mr. John has decided to humiliate Sir Godwin by forcing him to give Barrister Kof a formal apologise for being so late to accept Barrister Kof as the new receiver of the stranded package. I know that Sir Godwin will absolutely hate doing this, but without doing so, Mr. John is not ready to move forward with the deal 22:15:Dear Mr. Godwin, It was a big disappointment for me receiving your last email. Nothing constructive in it and it seems that you do not understand anything of what I am trying to say to you. In 3 or 4 of my last emails to you I have asked you to contact TSC and confirm with them that Barrister Kof can enter as the new receiver of the package. You or your secretary have earlier sent TSC an email where you have been contesting this. Sister Maya has already (as the sender) accepted Barrister Kof as the new receiver, but she cannot give an acceptance on behalf of the current registered receiver. Barrister Kof has again today sent me an angry email where he was reminding me about this case. I feel very bad that I have not been able to keep my word against him and to be honest, I am blaming you! I will therefore one more time ask you to confirm towards TSC that you accept Barrister Kof as the new receiver. Also I would like you to give Barrister Kof a formal apology for delaying so much in giving the acceptance. Not before you have done both these things we can move forward.
3 days ago I wrote in my email to you that my goal was to collect £20,000 in cash to have available to pay fees, travel expenses, hotel etc. Yesterday I told you that I had collected £17,000 and today I have reached my goal of having £20,000 available in cash. If my health allows it, I will try to travel to one of the cities you have mentioned, but I do not see any point in continuing the discussion till after the issues with the package have been solved. Best regards, Mr. John

Sir Godwin is (as expected) not glad for the email Mr. John sent him yesterday about Barrister Kof from Ghana. This morning Sir Godwin replies to Mr. John with this email: 09:00:Dear Mr John
Your email received this morning. To be sincere to you as a christian and as a Friend i am not happy. Yesterday i sent you an email that the parcel can go to whoever you want to give. What do you want me to write again. You said i should tender apology to who???
Please my Good Friend John. I do not know this Scammer is and i have nothing to do with him. I know secretly you are still communicating with Barrister Kof.
He is not my mate in any way. Both in Education , Integrity reliability. I never knew him from any where and we are not working together.
I repeat again Barrister Kof should go and pick the parcel we are not interested anymore regarding the parcel. Why should Barrister Kof blame you. Is he the receiver of the parcel in the first place. Did he know that you are sending parcel me. Just because we want to let go the parcel to him.
He should stop that rubbish and look for his mates to blame
I tried calling you all through yesterday, It seems you have dis connected me from calling your telephone line?//
Even the Diplomat Ju......... Pe........ Lu...... asked me if i have discussed with you yesterday, Which i said no.
I think you will make out time to call me for us to discuss matters of important not about Barrister Kof.
Have a blessed day
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== One minutes after the email Sir Godwin sent to Mr. John he finally sent an email to TSC and sister Maya where he released the stranded package to Barrister Kof. But there are two interesting things to notice here:
- Sir Godwin did send a copy of the email to Barrister Kof and Mr. John (he only informed Mr. John about it in an later email) - Sir Godwin has not given any formal apologies to Barrister Kof for the long waiting time 09:01:TSC/SISTER MAYA.
With due respect to all concerned parties. On behalf of my self and the Board of Central Bank of Nigeria hereby allow BARRISTER KOF to claim the parcel as the new recipient right away.
Thanks for your patience
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== One min. later this email to Mr. John: 09:02:Dear Mr John
According to you instructions. Be informed that i have sent an email to TSC and Sister Maya advising them to change the receiver to BARRISTER KOF as the new recipient without further delays.
I hope he will stop insulting me in emails he sent to my office
Hoping to hear from you today
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== For me, who is in charge of Barrister Kof and his email box, this sentence:
I hope he will stop insulting me in emails he sent to my office
in reality means, "please send me a lot more of insulting emails"

Sarah from TSC has just sent this confirmation letter concerning the new receiver of the package to Sir Godwin, his secretary, Barrister Kof, sister Maya and Mr. John:
09:54:
Dear all
We can now confirm that both the sender, Mrs. Ma...... El....... Ha........, and the current registered receiver, Mr. Ch......... Ob......... Ib......, have accepted Barrister Kof from Ghana as new receiver of the package. The package is available to pick up at our storage in Parakou, Benin Republic.
TSC Ltd
Our Team, a 5 Star Team!
Sarah
===
Barrister Kof is glad to receive the good news and replies to all with this email (which is meant as an insult to Sir Godwin):
10:09:
Thank you Sarah. I will send my secretary to pick up the package tomorrow. Finally this illiterate and uneducated Nigerian man has managed to reply. With the help of his mom it takes him exactly one week to write an email with two lines. Kof

Mr. John to Sir Godwin:
10:37:
My dear friend Godwin,
I am under much stress at the moment and your emails are not helping the situation at all. I am honestly not happy for your behaviour and your accusations against me. I have been honest and transparent towards you during the whole process and this I want to continue to be.
My only purpose of getting rid of the package to Barrister Kof is to get him off our back. If we don’t do this, he will continue to disturb me and disturb you. It is very hurting to hear your accusations that I am secretly communicating with Barrister Kof when I have told you that I have not spoken to him for months.
I have no missed calls from you yesterday and no missed calls from the Diplomat. I sent you an email at 13:20 yesterday. It took you more than 7 hours to reply to me, and when you finally did it was just to accuse me for this and that. This way we are getting nowhere.
I have managed to collect £20,000 in cash and I am ready to move forward (as long as my health allows it).
Mr. Godwin, please inform me where Diplomat Ju........... Pe.......... Lu......... is at the moment (in which country) and please provide me with a recent and clear photo of him so I know who I will meet. I want YOU to send me the photo (not the diplomat himself) because it is YOU that I know and trust. I do not know the Diplomat.
Otherwise I am back to Plymouth now, because I have got an appointment with my doctor later today.
Best regards,
Mr. John

I went for an official meeting with Members of the Senate Committee on Debts Reconciliation. And it took hours before we could arrived on the issues important as instructed by the President. That was why i did not get back to you in time.I came back very late to office.
After this message i am going to meet the Speaker, House of Representative at the Senate house by 1 pm this afternoon. You can reach me by telephone because it will take little time to conclude the meeting,.
I am praying for you always regarding your health which i know very well that God you serve in helping to advance his kingdom will surely perfect your health. Nothing will happen to you my Friend. We still have more years to fulfill in life.
Why i was saying that you are communicating with Barrister Kof you told me this morning he sent an email insulting you. I thought may be you are still in contact except the parcel you want him to receive.I am sorry for accusing you necessarily. Hope this will not bring any problem between both of us.
Presently now Ju........ Lu......... Pe........... is in France for an official assignment hoping that he will go back to Belgium any moment according to his message i received in my telephone.
I have officially instructed him to forward to me his recent and very clear photo so that i can forward it to you for identification when meeting him either in Belgium or France.
Expect to receive that from me as soon as he forward it to me
Please try to give me a call much later when you are free.

Mr. John to Sir Godwin:
17:46:
My dear friend Mr. Godwin,
Thank you for your email. I can see you have had a very busy schedule today.
I myself had an appointment with the doctor today and then after that to the apotek to get some new medicine.
My dear friend, I feel we are making much too little progress at the moment. I have been asking you several times for info and a recent photo of the Diplomat that I shall meet, but I have not got it yet. I honestly feel that we are wasting each other's time by endless phone calls at this stage. Let us rather focus on doing all necessary things in order to conclude my payment of the fees and the transaction as a whole.
Best regards,
Mr. John

Email from Sir Godwin to Mr. John. It seems that Sir Godwin and the Diplomat have a real problem to send an ID or photo of the Diplomat to Mr. John. They clearly want Mr. John to decide first if he wants to travel to Paris or Brussels. This is most likely because they have two different persons in each of these places that are ready to steal the money from me. Mr. John is not happy at all and he is considering backing out of the deal.
20:02:
My Good Friend Mr John
I thanks you so much for your email. Content highly noted. It has not been easy for me today. I am just coming into my office exactly 7.44 pm and saw your mail of 1 hour age that need urgent attention. How is your health now. Hope you bought your drugs and you have started taking it accordingly.
My Good friend and Christian Brother it is true you have been demanding for the info and recent passport of Mr Ju..... Pe......... Lu.......
I have to be sincere to you. I have asked him to forward this vital information so that i will be able to forward it to you for the meeting.
He promised to send it to me as soon as he discussed with you on phone in confirmation of your day of meeting him either in France or Belgium.
Furthermore he made to understand that as a diplomat they are not permitted to release their professional identity card like that, Officially it normally be on your arrival you first ask him his official profession identity card for clarity and sanctity.
All the same as the case may be i will collect it from him and send to you
He called this evening that he called you today 3 good times but you did not pick up his calls.
I personally called your telephone line i was told that i am not permitted to call the line since yesterday i have been trying in my own way to talk to you
Please my brother check your telephone you will see missed call of Pe...... Lu........ He is worried since today to reach you
We are heading for positive conclusion of this transaction hopefully this weekend by the grace of God.
Please make out your time to give me a call. I will appreciates it so much
Have a restful night

Email from Mr. John to Sir Godwin:
21:00:
Dear Mr. Godwin,
This will only be a very short email from my side. And let me warn you right away, that this is not a very positive email.
I was at the doctor when the Diplomat tried to reach me on the phone. I could not take his call and in fact I do not see any purpose in endless phone calls and no progress and action. Your phone call I did not hear and I cannot see any call from you on my phone.
Mr. Godwin, I don’t like to talk too much about my doctor visit today, but I asked him if he thinks I am well enough to travel to Paris or Brussels at the end of the week. The doctor said that he would not recommend it.
To be honest with you, I would be ready to take the chance and travel, but I believe less and less in that this will become a reality. I did not askfor a phone call from the Diplomat, but simply a photo of him so I can recognise him when we meet.
I don’t like this any more, my friend. I am being honest with you. If I don’t get the photo of the Diplomat who will receive the money from me this evening, there is no reason to talk more about this transaction. I have done my part. I have the money available and I am ready to travel to make the payment. All you and the diplomat wants are endless phone calls that do not bring us anywhere.
Best regards,
Mr. John

This morning Sir Godwin has sent Mr. John this email:
07:47:
Dear Mr John
I am in receipt of your mail. Content highly noted. What have done wrong that you have to warn me.I think my emails was very plain to you without any insult therein.
I did not like the way you are treating me everyday in your emails to me. I think we are best of Good Friends that understand each other in a gentleman agreement.
Well nobody is above mistakes. If i have offended you please forgive me and have mercy for us to move forwards. I myself and the Diplomat know that you are having appointment your Doctor. If he knows he will not call you by that time. Sorry for that.
Mr John the reality of your cash delivery payment in Paris or Belgium is 100% reality and i stand to assure you with full Guarantee that you will never regret your travel to either any of the country. I will never in my life deceive you. Because tomorrow i may decided to come to UK. I will sleep in your house rather than going to hotel..
About my telephone call to your line. Since days now if i call your no in my phone the answer is that i am not permitted to call the line. I tried it several times yesterday the same Answer.
The Diplomat called me late last night that he will not put his picture on internet it against the ethics of the Job, And the Rules of every official Diplomat is that as you are meeting him. First you demand his Passport. Identification Card of a Diplomat which is ready in hand to show you before anything.
I have approved several;cash delivery to funds Owners from different countries and the meet Ju........ Pe.......... Lu....... face to face. The first thing i told them is to ask for his International Passport. Secondly his ID. Before handing him over any official fees/charges. And all went i come back with Good result.
Even till today some of the funds Beneficiaries who received their Inheritance for Contract payment in cash delivery are still calling till today sending gifts items to me for good job done.
You know i am a professional Bank and anything about Diplomatic Rules and Regulation i did not know more about it.
Please my Brother and Good Friend. Consider this in your heart if we stop this transaction half way it will be a big problems for both of us. And my job and office will be at risk. Any inconclusive funds payment i will answer for it the reasons why it is inconclusive.
We are almost there, Why should we have misunderstanding at the point we should be happy to achieve our aim
Have a Blessed Day
Mr Godwin Emefiele

Of course, the Diplomat does not want to send a copy of his passport or a photo, because he lives in Europe and knows very well what can happen if John reports everything to the Police. Sir Godwin is in Nigeria and is not afraid of the nigerian police, but the Diplomat does not want to take any risks (arrest / deportation).
I think you can go further and arrange the meeting in Brussels: - set the day and place of the meeting... set the exact time. - you say that you want the Diplomat to be properly dressed (yellow or red), so that you can easily recognize him. - on that day, you will communicate with the Diplomat directly, by email. - of course, he must be present at the meeting place and must confirm this by email to you. - after that, you will go directly to him and hand him the money that will be in a backpack. You will be dressed in the same way (with a jacket of the same color as the diplomat's), so there will be no confusion.
You can say that you will go to Brussels the night before the meeting and that you will live in a hotel located near the place established for the meeting.

Birlic thank you very much for your advice and suggestions. I had not seen your post when I posted the text below: I am not quite sure what to do next with these two guys (Sir Godwin and the Diplomat). I am quite sure that I will never receive any photo of the Diplomat and no ID from him. He considers this to be too risky. He is a thief and it would not be wise of him to send me a photo of himself a few days before he is going to rob me for £15,000 or more. What I do not know for sure is if there is just one or in fact two persons acting as the same diplomat (Mr. Juan). Is Mr. Juan really willing to travel from Paris to Brussel (or the other way) to meet me, or do they have one “Juan-actor” in each of these towns? I suspect that there are two. I would very much have liked to get a safari out of this bait, but I am not sure it will be possible. Maybe I should just give up on that goal? I know that Sir Godwin is very frustrated over the situation and also that he is very much invested into the story. He fully believes everything, also in the existence of the fake Barrister Kof. One option is for me to give in and chose a place in Paris as the delivery option, but on beforehand make an agreement with someone there to secretly take some photos and videos of the Diplomat when he meets up (of course this has to be done in a safe manner and I need to know tha tthe Diploma is not "innocent" in this). The payment to the Diplomat will of course fail and then of course I will bring Barrister Kof in the game again (he has sent someone before the Diplomat arrived to whom I have given the money). Another option could be to firmly back out of the Paris / Brussels option because of my health issues and because I have not got from Sir Godwin what he has promised me (a photo of the Diplomat). I can then tell him that I can only accept to pay the fees in my hometown, Plymouth UK. On the other hand I will be willing to increase the amount from £15.000 to say £18,000. Does anyone here have any suggestions, other ideas etc.?

You will never know if the "Diplomat" lives in France or Belgium, but it doesn't matter much either. All you have to do is choose a meeting place that is supervised by a livecam that we can access from the internet. - set the meeting place and time, - you tell the Diplomat to show up there and send you a confirmation email (you can pretend you are at a nearby hotel and wait for his message), - if he shows up there (that is, if we see him alive ), then you will tell him to wait for you to come in a few minutes, - you will leave him there waiting until he gives up... you don't answer his messages. - later, you claim that you had a panic attack and fainted on the street... you woke up in a ambulance that took you to the hospital. You returned to the meeting place at XX o'clock (that is, exactly after the diplomat left) and you met "him" - the Diplomat (the man you met had the necessary signals, he was dressed in yellow / red and he knew the details). You handed over the money backpack. - it will be found out later that "the man who took the money from you" is an accomplice of Kofi... Kofi will mock Godwin and thank him for the money. 1. Of course you will blame Sir Godwin for this confusion and you will say that everything happened just because you did not receive the ID and photos of the Diplomat, so it was impossible for you to know that the one who took the money is a crook. Sir Godwin is guilty for this mess and you will have plenty of reasons to yell at him. 2. Because you still want the business to end well, you're willing to give it one last chance ... but of course things will happen the way you want them to: in Plymouth! You will not accept any negotiation and you will impose your conditions. If the Diplomat agrees to meet you in Plymouth, then it's okay. If not, then you will give up the business.

Things are going better in Scamland now. Mr. John has spoken on the phone to both Sir Godwin and the Diplomat. There has been made an agreement that Mr. John shall travel to Paris tomorrow (on Friday) and stay at the Hilton Hotel close to the airport. The Diplomat is at the moment in Brussels. He tried very hard to make me chose Brussels instead of Paris, but I told him that Paris is better for me. We have agreed that the Diplomat shall come to my hotel at 11:00 am on Saturday Sir Godwin has just sent me (Mr. John) this email: 14:52:My Good Friend Mr John
How are you doing this afternoon. Hope you are very much better. Sequel to our telephone conversation this after noon regarding your plans to be in Paris Saturday Morning.
I was able to get Ju....... Pe........ Lu......... on line and i told him to call you because you have been trying to contact since morning but the connection is very bad.
And i hope he has called you as instructed accordingly.
Please with due respect Sir. You send to me your travel plans so that i can forward to the Diplomat to meet up in Paris by Saturday as you informed me.
There is no problems everything will work out accordingly to our plans.
The official fees/charges you give him is 15.500 British Pounds Sterling,.
Have it in Mind and i waits for your positive reply

This is the reply from Mr. John to Sir Godwin 15:05:Mr dear friend Godwin, Thank you for your email my dear friend. I spoke to Diplomat Ju........ Pe........ Lu........ half an hour ago and we have agreed to meet Saturday morning in Paris. I will be staying at Hotel Hilton, 8 Rue de Rome, 95708 Roissy-en-France and we have agreed that Diplomat Ju......... Pe...... Lu...... shall meet me just outside the hotel at 11:00 AM. The Diplomat is now in Brussels but he will travel in his car to Paris to meet me. I will myself travel to London this evening and tomorrow (Friday) I will travel with AirFrance to Paris at 11:50 AM (UK time). The plane will land in Paris at 14:10 PM (French time). I will then go right to the hotel, which is very close to the airport. While I am in Paris I can be reached on my normal phone number. The amount I have been asked to pay is £15,500 and I have already placed the money in an envelope. When I hand the Diplomat the money I will get a receipt for my payment from me. When the payment has been made the Diplomat will deposit his passport with me and then leave for the money. He will come back maximum 3 hours later with my funds and I will then give him his passport back. Sir Godwin I have said this before but it does not make any damage to repeat it: The payment I am going to make on Saturday I do it because I trust you. I know and trust you, but I don’t know the Diplomat. Therefore, I want you to be involved in everything and also to confirm with an email when I can go outside the hotel and pay the money to the Diplomat. To make sure that it is the right person, I want the Diplomat to say the code word “ Finally Successful” when we meet. I have not told him the code word. This I would like you to do. In order not to go to the wrong person, I would very much like the Diplomat to wear some distinctive clothes and also wear a hat. This would make it much easier for me to identify the right person. Since I will be traveling much today and tomorrow, it can be difficult to reach me by email and phone, but I will do my best to check my email/phone at every occasion and reply as soon as possible. My dear friend Mr. Godwin, please can you confirm that you agree with what I have written. Best regards, Mark P. Williams === I have created a new email account for Barrister Kof, that is almost the same as the one Sir Godwin is using... The only difference is the number at the end in the email address: Sir Godwin's uses 4 and Barrister Kof is using 5
Early Saturday morning Barrister Kof is going to write to Mr. John from his new email address as Mr. Godwin Emefiele. He will tell Mr. John that the diplomat has met up with the hotel earlier than agreed and that he is ready to receive my money now. Of course the Diplomat (who is sent by Barrister Kof) also knows the secret code, because Barrister Kof has access to Sir Godwin's email account. I will then gladly pay the £15,500 to him
When the "real" diplomat comes at the hotel at 11:00 (as agreed), Mr. John will "play" very suspicious and confused. Mr. John will tell Sir Godwin that something seems not right, but Mr. John do not want to say anything more. He will then say to Sir Godwin, that he wants a photo of the diplomat with the hotel logo in the background in order to come out and hand him the money. If I am lucky I will then get a photo of the Diplomat, who wants to rob me. Maybe he will be more willing to send me a photo when he is only a few meters away from my money??

Birlic I am truly sorry that I am disappointing you this time My first priority has been to make the Diplomat travel so long as possible and spend so much of his money and time as possible. I am fairly sure that the Diplomat is in Brussels, because he tried to motivate me with a lower payment if I come to Brussels instead of Paris I tried to search for a good web-cam in Paris where you can see a person reasonable clear, but I did not find any. If you or anyone else in here knows about a good camera in Paris, then I am ready to change hotel and agree with Sir Godwin and the Diplomat about a new payment place in Paris

Birlic I am truly sorry that I am disappointing you this time ... It doesn't matter, it's your story and you are the only one who really "feels" what is happening in the script.

Mr. John has just sent this short email to his dear friend in Nigeria, Sir Godwin. This will be his last email before Mr. John travels to Paris tomorrow (on Friday) 21:52:My dear friend Godwin, Thank you very much for your email my friend. As I see it now we have everything under control. I am now in London, staying with my aunt Lilly. I am going to bed soon because I have to go to Heathrow Airport early tomorrow morning. I don't like to be last minute at the airport. Do you know if the Diplomat has already gone to Paris or is he traveling tomorrow also? Best regards, Mr. John

Unfortunately for Sir Godwin's diplomat, Barrister Kofi Mensah's diplomat in Paris is on standby ready to intercept the payment wearing the same red/yellow jacket. He got a taste of the package in Benin and knows that Mr. John is a loaded mugu that will keep on giving.

creepthecreepers You are absolutely right Barrister Kof is monitoring Sir Godwin’s email account very well these days and he has also created his own email account with the name “Central Bank of Nigeria” (same title as Sir Godwin is using). More than one hour before Sir Godwin’s “Diplomat” will be at the hotel tomorrow morning (that will be around 11:00 French time), Barrister Kof’s “Diplomat” will already be there. Barrister Kof will then ( pretending to me Sir Godwin) send Mr. John an email and telling him that the Diplomat is already outside the hotel and is ready to receive the money

THE TRIP TO PARIS:
Mr. John has now arrived at the hotel in Paris. He has just sent his "friend" Sir Godwin this email:
14:57:
My dear friend Mr. Godwin,
Now I am finally at the hotel in Paris. I have a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor.
During all the long process with the formalities etc., I have never been thinking about how I shall invest or use the £10M that I now will receive. Somehow, I do not think that I have fully understood that this is real until now I am here at the hotel. In less than 24 hours from now, I will have my funds.
For many years I have been thinking about buying the neighbouring building to one of my properties in London. When I am back in the UK, I will invite the present owner of this building for a meal at a nice restaurant and then ask him if he would be interested to sell me his property if I give him a good offer.
My dear friend, do you know if Diplomat Ju......... Pe........... Lu......... has arrived in Paris? Is he a black man if I may ask?
I did not sleep very much last night and I feel a bit tired of my journey to Paris. Therefore, I am now going to sleep for a few hours.
Best regards,
Mr. John
