The Diplomat phoned me (Mr. John) at around 19:30 this evening. He was very happy to hear that I had arrived safely in Paris. He told me that he was now in France himself, but not in Paris though. Early tomorrow he will travel from where he is now to the Hilton Hotel close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Sir Godwin is also very glad that I have arrived. From tomorrow his life will never be the same again. He will the richest man in his neighbourhood (so he thinks)  Sir Godwin has sent Mr. John this nice email this evening: 19:57:Dear Friend Mr. John

It seems to me that Sir Godwin has given up. I do not think I will get a photo of the Diplomat (and honestly I was not really expecting that I would get one). Unfortunately, it happened as I previously assumed: - The diplomat lives in Europe and he knows very well the legal consequences of this type of scam. As such, he does not want to send his ID or picture with him. - If you had chosen the solution with "livecam" in Brussels, we would have had the opportunity to see the Diplomat as it stays and waits in the area proposed for the meeting.
What would I do now, in this situation:
- The fake Godwin sends a message to John (right now) and tells him that the Diplomat is down in the lobby... with a yellow coat and a yellow hat.
- John goes down to the lobby and hands over the money to that "fake" Diplomat.
- After that, John responds to the message from the fake Godwin and "confirms" that everything has been resolved. BUT you will send the message to the true Godwin (by forward).
- The real Godwin will see the message that John received from the fake Godwin and he will understand that there was someone "dirty" who took the money.
- The fake Godwin writes to the real Godwin and thanks for the money.
Put the phone OFF until tomorrow... no phone calls, no emails!
You will claim to have returned home... tomorrow, you will be able to resume the discussion from the position of the man who did his duty and paid the money.

Barrister Kof has enter the scene and Sir Godwin has totally bought into my story that Barrister Kof from Ghana has sent someone to steal my money before his "Diplomat" came to the hotel. The phone conversations I am having with Sir Godwin now are true GOLD ... I wish you could hear them I don't have much time now, but I will post some of the emails later |

This has been a busy day in Scamland for me. Unfortunately, I had to attend two birthday parties today so I could not give my two customers (Sir Godwin and the Diplomat) the perfect service that they deserve But is a been a very fun day. No doubt the phone conversations with Sir Godwin have been the best of it all. He has been extremely angry, he has been shouting loudly at me, calling me names, cursed both me and Barrister Kof, hanged up the phone on me, called me back 1000 times etc. etc. The Diplomat was also very angry. Sir Godwin played a voice message from the Diplomat for me. He was a completely different person than the smooth talking guy I have spoken with a few times. He was mad, mad, mad! No doubt that Sir Godwin has something to explain towards the Diplomat. Sir Godwin has several times told me today, that the Diplomat had a task in Germany that he had cancelled because of my case. I do not know if this is true or not, but I know that the Diplomat also has a German phone number. Sir Godwin very much believes in the stories I have told him today and he believes that the £15,500 are now in the pocket of Barrister Kof. Sir Godwin is already talking about making a new payment arrangement, and why not?? I am convinced that the Diplomat was with the hotel today. Sir Godwin also forwarded me some photos of the hotel that the Diplomat supposedly have taken. Linoline do you know if it can be possible to find out if the photo has been taken today? It seems that one of the photos are taken from inside the car of the Diplomat. I have no hard proofs that the Diplomat has travelled from Belgium (Brussels) to Paris to meet me, but I am quite convinced that he did: 1) He tried very hard to convince me to fly to Brussels to meet him instead of Paris – he even made the Brussels option cheaper for me 2) Both Godwin and the Diplomat himself have told me several times that he was going to drive from Brussels to Paris in his own car 3) When he spoke to him yesterday he had arrived in France, but he told me he was going to stay in another French town over the night and then drive to Paris this morning. |

You can check the exif data. Download the picture, rightclick, then details and if they had exif data turned on you can see location and time that the picture was taken, even the used device.

It does not seem that the exif data is available for the photo files, but the photo files are created today around that time, when the Diplomat was at the hotel. Would you consider this to be a proven safari (from Brussels/Belgium to Paris/France) or are the evidence too weak?  |

I think Macs can claim a successful Safari: - those pictures with the hotel are "real" and match the story (the scammer came by car and took at least one of the pictures from the car), - the scammers' messages and their phone calls are "conclusive" and their frustration is "very palpable".
So, I also consider that it can be considered a successful Safari, even if the "evidence" is circumstantial.
