In your message where you (John) said you didn’t know who was to blame, why did you not say to Godwin that “this is the reason I kept asking you for a photograph of the diplomat”? Or maybe you did in rage filled telephone calls? 😂 If you did, hopefully Godwin and the so called diplomat can keep thinking “we were so close to becoming rich and a one simple photo stopped us”! 😂 “No one would have found us even if we did give a photo” ☹️
But this bait had me biting my fingernails! 😂 Thanks!

Depending on the evolution of the situation, the story can continue in 2 ways: a) Travel to Brussels, b) Trip to Plymouth. a) This variant is easier and we can see the Diplomat (on the livecam). John decides to go there with other money. We of course set the "mandatory clothing" (so we can recognize the idiot)... of course, as a precaution, John will make another email address and communicate directly with the Diplomat. Because we assume that the Diplomat is resident in Brussels, he will be easily persuaded to appear for a new meeting. b) This variant is much harder to do, because the Diplomat will be extremely reluctant to make another trip... The UK is no longer in the European Union, so probably the Brussels - London trip is not really easy to do and it costs some money.

jscambaitz I did not want to say at the beginning exactly why I wanted a photo of a Diplomat, because if I had told Sir Godwin and the Diplomat than an other guy had already been at the hotel and had got my money, then the Diplomat would have left the hotel right away. This I did not want, because I wanted to try my hardest to get a photo of him outside of the hotel So up till the time util I knew that the Diplomat had left, I just played very confused without saying so much about why When I was sure that the Diplomat had left the area around the hotel, I explained what had happened to Sir Godwin over the phone and I also forward him the emails from the fake Godwin (who is Barrister Kof from Ghana). Sir Godwin fully believes that Barrister Kof has sent a boy to steal the money. One reason he believes this is, that Barrister Kof in one of his mocking emails to Sir Godwin is telling about an other mugu (Mr. Lars Jens from Denmark) from whom Sir Godwin is trying to get some money from at the moment. The only way Barrister Kof could have got this info is by having access to Sir Godwin's email account. What Sir Godwin of course does not know is that I am the man behind the Lars Jens email account and I have sent all the emails on his behalf I have been thinking that it could be real fun if I could arrange something with Sir Godwin for next Saturday (which normally should be a ScamBait Central Saturday) and if then one of the guys there (for example Obi) could phone Sir Godwin, pretending to be Barrister Kof. We will see how it goes Barrister Kof also have a package from me to pick up in Benin Republic. I purposely did wait with Barrister Kof picking up the package till after the chop in Paris, because otherwise it would just be a non-event. Now Barrister Godwin has one more occasion to mock Sir Godwin after he has got hold on the package also.

Birlic I see it just the same way as you do. Maybe I should try plan b first because it will always be possible to fall back on plan a if (as I expect) plan b cannot be arranged. I am going to phone the Diplomat tomorrow or on Tuesday and give him a formal apology for what happened yesterday. The purpose is of course to have him explaining his version of what happened. Hopefully he will complain a lot of all the time and money that he has used for nothing I also would like to get a feeling on if he has fully bought into my story and if he is up for some more fun

A second safari with Sir Godwin? That's a good 2-for-1 deal. Hopefully you can convince him to go stand in that marina you brought up previously like a mugu. Also, the idea of having SBC phone Sir Godwin personally to further cement his fears that another guyman is chopping his client's payment is devious but will be entertaining.

creepthecreepers Yes I very much agree: A safari with a Diplomat traveling to Plymouth Yacht Haven would be great. The cameras they have there are very clear. I think I am going to tell Sir Godwin tomorrow that I have a yacht and when I am stressed (like I am now ) I like very much to be on my yacht and even sleep on board my yacht. This can give me a good reason to choose the Yacht Haven as the meeting place. I have just had a phone conversation with Sir Godwin. He told me that the Board of the Central Bank of Nigeria have had a meeting about the situation and they have approved that Sir Godwin shall get a new email account that only shall be used to communicate with me. Sir Godwin has asked me to create a new email account as well. I asked Godwin in our telephone conversation if he can’t try to find a Diplomat in England that can handle my case. He replied that it is much harder to find a reliable Diplomat in the UK but he promised me that he should try to find someone. I asked Sir Godwin about the Diplomat that I should have met yesterday in Paris. Sir Godwin said that he had not been able to speak much with him because he was very mad. He went straight back to Belgium after waiting for one or two hour outside of the Hilton Hotel in Paris. Sir Godwin asked me to phone the Diplomat to apologise for what happened yesterday. I think I will do that tomorrow

^^^ Exactly!
- Obviously it's their fault... if the Diplomat had sent an identification picture, nothing bad would have happened. John should emphasize this, very strongly.
- However, we are talking about a considerable amount that was stolen because that idiot Diplomat did not want to authenticate himself correctly. Right?

Yes Birlic ! Now (as @macs explained above) that we know the “diplomat” was actually there on safari 😂 the “blame it on Godwin and the diplomat for not sending a photo” modality can be activated! 😃

Linoline and Birlic ..... Yes, you are right, but my purpose was of course to make the Diplomat tell me more about the trip and make him ready for another one. And it is my impression that he has not given up yet Somehow, I like to act towards the scammers like an emotionally unstable naive guy that can be very upset, confused, irrationally stubborn and angry at times and then other times is humble and understanding (though without letting the scammer take control). I think these sudden shifts in the “mood” can confuse the scammers a lot when you are talking to them on the phone.

Macs, yeap, you are right! The baiter always feels best what the mood of the scammer is. We (the outsiders) can only come up with suggestions and general opinions. So, we wish you success and we follow everything very carefully.

I had Sir Godwin on the phone yesterday. I told him that I was back in Plymouth now and that I was planning to spend some days and nights on my yacht that I have here in Plymouth Yacht Haven (PYH). I just wanted to introduce PYH to Sir Godwin since it has some very nice web-cams that can be used in connection with a safari. I told Godwin that the trip to Paris has been hard for me and that I would like very much if he could find a “Diplomat” in UK that could handle my case. I told him that I was willing to pay more for a solution where I do not need to travel abroad. He promised to check the possibilities but he also told me that he was worrying what the “Diplomat” in Brussels would say, if he hears that another “Diplomat” has taken over my case I have created a new email account that I will use in my communication with Sir Godwin from now on. Sir Godwin says that he also has created a new email account, which he will only use for my case. He thinks that now Barrister Kof is not able to monitor what is going on, but he is of course very wrong. Barrister Kof has installed some software on Sir Godwin’s computer that gives him access to everything – also the new email account. One of Barrister Kof’s boys have just returned to Ghana from Benin with the package that I originally sent to Sir Godwin. I think it would be appropriate that Barrister Kof sends Sir Godwin an email and thank him for the package. I have been thinking if there could be a way to get the package back in play somehow, but since it is now with Barrister Kof's, I do not think Sir Godwin would be interested at all. He absolutely hates Barrister Kof. I have also been thinking if I should write an email from Barrister Kof to myself (Mr. John) where Barrister Kof for a payment of say £2,000 offers to help me to get the £15,500 back "that Sir Godwin has stolen from me". Then I can forward this email to Sir Godwin and hopefully receives an interesting email back

Just a short "thank you" email from Barrister Kof to Sir Godwin for the stranded package in Benin that one of Barrister Kof's boys now have picked up. Barrister Kof is using his "Central Bank of Nigeria" email account to send the message to Sir Godwin 14:01:MA BOY GODWIN THANK YOU FOR TE PACKAGE WIT MONIE AND NICE ELECTRONICS!!!!! I've been checking out the marina's website a little more and it has really good amenities, services, and staff. The Galley Kitchen seems really promising as a cafe on the water. In case the diplomat gets a little hungry from standing around waiting for John (assuming he's tolerant for that), the diplomat will leave the view of the webcam and the barrister's own diplomat in Plymouth will take over his position, receive the payment, and flee before the diplomat can get back from his absence. Of course, there's no quick fast food/convenience stores around the marina, meaning the diplomat will have to leave the marina if he wants to be quick, cheap bite.

Yesterday evening Sir Godwin and Mr. John got back in contact via email since the "disappointing" trip to Paris last weekend. We both have got new email accounts ... and the new email address of Sir Godwin has even been approved by the Board of the Central Bank of Nigeria Sir Godwin wrote this short email to me yesterday evening: Yesterday, 21:18:My Dear Good Friend Mr John
How are you doing today. Thanks so much for all your telephone calls today towards the conclusion of the pending cash delivery to you.
Good to write to you with this new email address to keep off impostors.
I am just texting the email. Please have in mind that because of what we have passed through in the hands of Barrister Kof. Most of our communication now should be strictly on telephone even including the Diplomat so that we can get this done without any problem
Waiting for your reply
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== I (Mr. John) replied to him this morning with this short email. In the email I am referring to an incoming call from Nigeria that I got this morning from an unknown number. I did not pick up the call. I have google'd the number and I can see it associated with a certain scam-letter from a "Nigerian Reverend". I expect he is one of Sir Godwin's scamming-partners and that he somehow shall play a role in appointing a new Diplomat in UK that shall collect my money. 10:47:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, Thank you for your email and the positive conversation we had yesterday evening. I agree with you that we have to be very careful in how we are communication from now and discuss all the most sensitive issues over the phone. I can inform you that I have already managed to collect about £10,000 now in cash. My friend, earlier this morning I was receiving an incoming call from a Nigerian phone number that was not your number. I did not want to take the phone because I was suspecting that it could be one of Kof’s associate that was trying to contact me. I will phone you late this afternoon for an update. Best regards, Mr. John

Sir Godwin has been writing an email to me at the same time as I wrote my last email to him. In addition he has sent a reply to the email I sent him this morning. As you can see he wants me to travel to Brussels, but for now I am not so keen on that 10:51:My Good Friend John.
How are you doing today. Hope you are much better regarding your health and the night rest you are asked to observe.
After our telephone discussion last night i managed to write you with the new email address so that we can start from here now.
I was able to contact the Diplomat and he told me if you are ready and have put the official fees/charges together to meet him up in Belgium. He will cancel his trip to America and conclude your cash delivery this weekend.
He is still 100% ready to make sure you receive the cash delivery from him.
As it stands now he is still in custody of your cash delivery payment in Belgium. And not ready to bring it back to Nigeria to look for another Diplomat.
If we cancel or terminate his appointment with the Board to deliver your cash. It is going to be another problems since he is still in control of the parcels with him
So Brother the best bet to get this done is to make arrangements to meet him in Belgium this weekend.
You can still call him today to hear from him.
Mr Godwin Emefiele10:56:Dear Friend John
Thanks for your understanding. Please for security reasons never you [pick up any telephone no from Nigeria that is not my line. That might be Kof and his gangs in Nigeria looking for another Avenue again. Be careful in telephone call you see in your phone and try to avoid them
My desire that we should speedy the delivery conclusion of the transaction as soon as possible
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== Mr. John to Sir Godwin: 12:41:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, Thank you for your email and your update. I have to be honest with you my dear friend: after that terrible experience in Paris last weekend, I am not ready to travel to Brussels to conclude the transaction. The trip was very hard and stressful for me and I am not at all excited about traveling again so soon. My dear friend please can you try (together with the Diplomat) to find a solution for that I can make the payment and receive my funds in UK. Best regards, Mr. John

12:52: - Sir Godwin to Mr. John. As you see Sir Godwin wants Mr. John to help him getting rid of the "Diplomat" in Brussels:
My Good Friend John
Thanks for your mail. I have already started the arrangement in London. But Mr Pedro L....... is still interested to conclude the delivery and the approved cash payment is still in his custody.
Left for me i will prefer you receive the funds in London this weekend. But how do we do with Pedro L...... He is still communicating with you.I have gotten an option in London the Diplomat is ready to meet you and deliver the funds.
The problems now is the time Pedro will return your approved cash to Nigeria which is in his custody for now.
Well i will try my best to talk to him today.
What you have to do is to tell him that you are not ready to travel to Paris or Belgium any more to receive the funds expected in London.
Call him and tell him your opinion. But you should not let him know that i advised you to tell him that. Hope you reason with me

07:48 - email from Sir Godwin to Mr. John. As you can see Sir Godwin is very afraid of Barrister Kof - that he shall get any info about the new payment plan and manage to steal the money from Sir Godwin again My Good Friend John
How are you today. I have been expecting your email and telephone call since yesterday to update you.
Please at the level and nature of this transaction now . We have to be highly sensitive and keep all vital information out of our emails and use Telephone to pass important information to avoid any further problems
Waiting for your call
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== 08:38 - Mr. John and one of his friends are on sea with Mr John's boat, therefor Mr. John can not phone Sir Godwin till late this afternoon. Mr. John sent Sir Godwin this email:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, I am very sorry, but I did not pay attention to the last email you sent me yesterday until late in the evening. I am thinking about the email where you are mentioning about the Diplomat in Brussels. Early this morning a friend of mine and myself went on the sea with my boat but we will not go so very far. I do not want to call you when I am with someone because I do not know anyone to know about the transaction we are working on, but I will call you as soon as we are back at Plymouth Yacht Haven. My dear friend I am very glad to hear that you have found a Diplomat in UK that can handle our transaction. I will collect more money today. I think our goal should be to complete the transaction this Saturday. I do not know if that is realistic but I will try to do my part, which first of all is to have the necessary money available for the payment of the different costs. I will call you in the late afternoon. Best regards, Mr. John

Birlic When we are communicating about the upcoming payment, Sir Godwin always talks/writes about London while I myself talk/speak about UK My plan is to make him find a “Diplomat” in London that can receive my money. When he has found someone I will try to move the payment place to Plymouth Yacht Haven. I don’t know if it will work, but I will try. We have not been talking about the amount that I shall pay this time, but I believe for sure that it will be higher than last time (maybe £20,000). The inflation rate in Scamland is high as you know Maybe this good payment will motivate the new “Diplomat” to travel to Plymouth. If it should not be possible at all to find a “Diplomat” that is ready to travel to Plymouth, then of course I can travel to London. Aunt Lilly lives in Abbey Road where there is a very nice web-cam. That is not a bad option, but I think it is more exciting to make the “Diplomat” travel

...When he has found someone I will try to move the payment place to Plymouth Yacht Haven. I don’t know if it will work, but I will try. Ohh, but it's very simple... When it will be needed, you can say John drank several beers with his friends (on the yacht) and tripped over. He has now a dislocated right ankle and the doctor immobilized John's foot with an elastic bandage and recommended 10 days of rest with the leg raised horizontally.

- You don't have to mention the possibility of the Diplomat coming to Plymouth... you just have to be upset that you'll be able to travel to London only in 10-14 days. - You will tell Sir Godwin that you regret that the payment must be postponed by "at least 2 weeks, because of my negligence". You will of course be sad and upset with yourself. - You will tell Sir Godwin that "it would have been ideal if the Diplomat had lived in the same town as me, here in Plymouth... because I would have invited him to end the transaction right here on the yacht".
Certainly Sir Godwin will not want to wait those 2 weeks, and I'm sure the proposal for the Diplomat to travel to Plymouth will come from him. Let him come up with this idea, instead of you proposing that. John will accept of course.

18:35 - Sir Godwin is working hard on setting up a new payment arrangement in London this weekend. He sent Mr. John this email this evening:
Dear Mr John my Good Friend
How are you doing today. I was wondering I did not hear from you all through yesterday. Not knowing that you are in your boat for a brief journey. Good to hear from you this afternoon.
I have an option B, That is i have secured the approval of da Diplomat to bring cash delivery to you in London. But this will finally workout as soon as discuss with the Diplomat handling the delivery Mr Juan P....... L..........
The outcome of my discussion with him tonight will determine the positive delivery of the cash to you in London this weekend. All you need to is get cash ready and set for the conclusion of the cash delivery .
It is very important you call me as soon as you get this mail. Because there are some important messages I can not pass to you by email. We have to be extra careful this time.
Mr Godwin Emefiele
21:35 - Mr. John is not so keep on travelling to London. He rather wants the new "Diplomat" to travel to Plymouth. Mr. John has written an email to Sir Godwin where he is saying that he injured his leg when he was on a boat trip earlier today:
My dear friend Mr. Godwin,
It was good speaking to you earlier today. Unfortunately I had to end the call because my father tried to reach me on the phone.
I am very glad that it seems that it can be possible to take care of everything in the UK instead of abroad. As you know the trip to Paris last weekend was very hard and stressful for me and I am not ready to travel abroad again, at least not in the near future. As I told you when we spoke earlier I also had a small accident on my boat today. We were sailing and I was busy doing something and did not pay attention to a wave from a big vessel that hit my boat. I felt and hurt my leg. My leg is quite swollen this evening and I can't walk very well. Hopefully it will be better already tomorrow.
Today I phoned someone that I lend some money to a couple of months ago. This person had not paid me the money back and I therefor phoned to remind him of this. He later on came to my boat and gave me half of the money (£4,000). In total I now have £18,000 in cash.
I will try to phone you again to morrow my dear friend.
Best regards,
Mr. John
